Draft
Teams that did not make the playoffs will be entered into a
Lottery Draft (Similar to NHL)
Remaining teams are determined by the order in which they finished the Regular season
This is an inverse relationship, the team that finishes first will pick last, 2nd place will pick second last and so on.....

Any new teams joining will draft before the three teams that won money in the regular season.
- Any teams joining before Aug 1st will be considered equal (i.e. toss coin to see who drafts first, take turns picking protected players, etc.)
- After Aug 1st, the first team to join picks their 10 protected players and drafts before any team that may join afterwards (the new team owner buys in getting his choice of 10 players to protect as well as a secured draft spot)
